1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and kirkay ("kirkay", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website accessible at https://kirkay.ws and all associated sub-pages and services (the "Platform"). These Terms govern all use of the Platform, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, sports betting, casino gaming, participation in promotions, and use of the VIP loyalty programme.

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, or placing a wager of any kind, you represent that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close your account if one exists.

kirkay reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect from the date of publication on the Platform. 2. Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to the Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are 21 years of age or older. kirkay enforces a strict 21+ policy across all products and services. Players under 21 are absolutely prohibited from registering or using the Platform in any capacity.

• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by kirkay or any responsible gaming organisation to which you have applied.

kirkay may request identity documentation at any time to verify age and eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in suspension of the account and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete. In cases where a Player is found to be under 21, all funds deposited will be returned and all winnings will be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) kirkay account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, the same IP address, or any other identifying characteristic — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, kirkay reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, forfeit any balances held in those accounts, and permanently ban the individual from the Platform.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact number and email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. kirkay will not be liable for any loss arising from inaccurate registration details provided by the Player.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. Any activity carried out through your account using your correct credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you, whether or not you personally performed that activity. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kirkay accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the account cashier section and may vary by payment method and account tier. VIP-tier players may be eligible for higher daily withdrawal limits as described in the VIP programme terms.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

Standard withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within a few hours of the request being submitted during operational hours. Withdrawal requests submitted outside of operational hours will be queued and processed on the following business day. Platinum and Diamond VIP tier members receive guaranteed same-day processing as part of their tier benefits. kirkay reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before releasing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.

4.4 Deposit Integrity

You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. kirkay reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources without processing them, and may suspend the associated account pending investigation.

4.5 Currency

All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Where a Player's payment source operates in a different currency, any conversion fees or exchange rate differences are the sole responsibility of the Player.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

kirkay offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and VIP programme rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms will take precedence for the matters to which they relate.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limits will be stated clearly in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus funds and real-money funds are typically tracked separately; wagering is generally applied to real-money funds first unless stated otherwise.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Attempting to abuse, exploit, or circumvent the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, placing opposing bets to lock in bonus value, or systematically exploiting promotional terms — is strictly prohibited. kirkay reserves the right to void bonuses, forfeit associated winnings, and close the accounts of any Players found to be engaging in bonus abuse.

5.4 VIP Programme

Participation in the kirkay VIP loyalty programme is governed by these Terms in addition to any specific VIP programme terms published on the Platform. VIP tier status and associated benefits are provided at kirkay's sole discretion and may be adjusted, suspended, or withdrawn without prior notice in cases where these Terms are breached.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

6.1 Sportsbook Rules

All sports bets placed on the Platform are subject to kirkay's sportsbook rules, which are published in the relevant section of the Platform. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number is generated, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. kirkay reserves the right to void bets placed on incorrectly priced markets, markets affected by technical errors, or markets where the outcome was known at the time of placement.

6.2 Casino Game Rules

Casino games including live dealer tables, slots, and crash games are governed by the individual rules of each game as presented within the game interface, as well as by the terms of the relevant game provider (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi). kirkay acts as an agent of the game provider in presenting these games and is not responsible for software errors within game titles, which are the responsibility of the respective provider.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

6.4 Disconnection Policy

In the event of a disconnection during a live bet or casino game, the game or bet will be governed by the rules of that specific product. Generally, bets in play at the time of disconnection will stand and be settled based on the actual outcome. kirkay is not responsible for losses resulting from network or device failures on the Player's end.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate account suspension and possible permanent ban:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or verification information.
• Registering multiple accounts or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account policy.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software that interacts with the Platform without human input.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any other form of coordinated betting intended to manipulate outcomes.
• Laundering money or using the Platform for any purpose connected to illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform rather than reporting them to support.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing kirkay staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other tool to disguise your true geographic location where prohibited.

Where any prohibited activity is identified, kirkay reserves the right to void all related bets and transactions, forfeit any balances in the affected account, and report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required.

8. Responsible Gaming

kirkay is committed to promoting responsible gambling. All players have access to the following tools from within their account settings: deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion. Self-exclusion can be applied for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanently. Once a self-exclusion is activated, it takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kirkay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service. kirkay's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the value of the real-money balance held in that Player's account at the time the claim arose.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. kirkay makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for ensuring that your device and network connection are secure and suitable for accessing the Platform.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

The collection, storage, and use of personal data provided by Players in connection with their use of the Platform is governed by the kirkay Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your kirkay account at any time by contacting support via Telegram at @kirkaySupport. On closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard verification procedures.

kirkay reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice where: (a) a breach of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected; (b) fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity is identified; (c) verification documents are not provided within the requested timeframe; or (d) it is required to do so by applicable law or regulation. In such cases, kirkay will communicate the reason for closure to the extent permitted by law.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be construed in accordance with general principles of law applicable to online services. In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you should first contact kirkay support via Telegram at @kirkaySupport to seek an informal resolution. kirkay will use reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within a reasonable period.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction that cannot be excluded or modified by contract.

14. Miscellaneous

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and kirkay with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements or understandings relating to the same subject matter.

Waiver: Failure by kirkay to enforce any provision of these Terms on any occasion does not constitute a waiver of that provision or of kirkay's right to enforce it on any subsequent occasion.
